When spring comes to Schenna, winter is not really all that long gone. To all intents and purposes, there is still a little bit of it left. At least on the summits, as up there on high, the snow still rules. Down in the valley, however, things are already becoming greener and more colourful. It is a wonderful time for nature lovers, connoisseurs and active types. Perfect for recharging your batteries surrounded by burgeoning flowerbeds and babbling irrigation channels. For setting off on your first leisurely rambles of the year – on foot or perhaps by mountain bike or e-bike. Guests and locals can look forward to open-air concerts, events in the castles of Schenna, markets and gourmet weeks.
