- The prices are quoted per apartement and day for 2 people
with a minum stay of 1 week. Otherwise 10% of supplement.
Supplements for further people: children from 4-12 years
euro 7,00, from 12 years and adults euro 13,00 per day.
- With a stay of 7 days final cleaning is included, less
than 7 days or intermediate cleaning euro 25,00
- On demand we could serve the breakfast in your apartement.
Adults euro 8,00, children euro 5,00. We offer "service
of fresh bread".
- Dogs: if you want to bring your dog, please let us know
in time. We charge euro 8,00 per day.
- The day of departure you should leave the apartement
at 10 a.m. From 14 p.m the appartements are ready for
occupancy.
- Reservations are binding. Should a booked stay be delayed
or prematurely broken off, we charge the hole price of
the apartement.
- Laundry (towels, bedclothes and dishtowels) are placed
at your disposal and also changed (free of charge)
- Our house is situated centrally but very quiet. (shopping
facilities 50m) 2004 rebuilded and furnished very comfortable;
elevator, common room with children's play area, internet
connetion in every appartement, new heated swimmingpool
with ample lawn for sunbathing, table-tennis and car-park.
